Orsk: repair of Elekta linear accelerator

From November 12 to 15, 2024, service engineer Sergei Chuvakhin in Orsk, using an Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, repaired the table, restored contacts in the connectors and adjusted the image parameters of the XVI portal visualization system.
