Smolensk: repair of the accelerator X-ray system

From September 16 to 19, 2024, senior service engineer Igor Teplyakov in Smolensk, using an Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, diagnosed the portal imaging system XVI error "Fault 0" and performed repairs, restored communication with the X-ray generator, and reconfigured the WS2 parameters on the ATP control board.
