Diagnostics of the Elekta linear accelerator vacuum system in Tula

Our engineers Konstantin and Pavel Fukalov diagnosed the vacuum “leak” of the Elekta linear accelerator using a helium leak detector (mass spectrometer). During the inspection, a leak was detected in the outlet “window” and “target” of the vacuum system.
