Veliky Novgorod: diagnostics and repair of Elekta linear accelerator

On May 8, 2026, service engineer Evgeny Smirnov in Veliky Novgorod, in accordance with the contract on the Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, diagnosed the tochguard KV error on the panel of the XVI portal visualization system, an incorrect position of the panel was identified, which led to the tochguard mechanism getting stuck, the panel was returned to its original operating condition. Operating personnel were instructed on the use of the portal visualization system XVI.
