Kursk: diagnostics and repair of Elekta linear accelerator

From September 8 to 11, 2025, service engineer Ilya Shchetkin in Kursk, using an Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, diagnosed the KV enable drop error and there is no movement of the XVI panel holder, calibrated the generator and repaired the panel control cable.
