Veliky Novgorod: diagnostics and repair of Elekta linear accelerator

From August 21 to 22, 2025, service engineer Evgeny Smirnov in Veliky Novgorod, using an Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, diagnosed the occurrence of 2R and 2T errors and performed repairs and replaced the SIB board.
