Obninsk: diagnostics of linear accelerator problems

From April 2 to April 4, 2025, service engineer Sergei Chuvahig in Obninsk, using a Philips SL-20 linear accelerator, diagnosed the Bending OT error and identified a short circuit in the Coil 3 RF deflection magnet coil - the coil needs to be replaced.
