Chelyabinsk: magnetron replacement

From October 16 to 18, 2023 in Chelyabinsk, engineers Konstantin Fukalov and Sergei Chuvakhin repaired the Elekta Synergy linear accelerator with the replacement of the magnetron, plus they performed diagnostics of the water phantom control system.
