Chelyabinsk: fault diagnosis of the Elekta linear accelerator

From May 12 to 14, 2026, service engineer Evgeny Smirnov in Chelyabinsk, using an Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, completed diagnostics of the vacuum system using a helium leak detector; it was necessary to replace the outlet window, ion pumps and power supply of the ion pumps.
