Tula: completion of accelerator repairs

From May 27 to May 29, 2024, service engineers Igor Teplyakov and Ilya Shchetkin in Tula finally successfully completed the repair of the AFC system using the Elekta Synergy linear accelerator! They went through the entire chain, and the reason turned out to be poor-quality soldering of the coaxial cable connector from the RF2 probe!
