Chita: Elekta accelerator patient table repair

From December 2 to December 6, 2024, service engineer Konstantin Lundin in Chita, using the Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, fixed the Table Demand error in the patient table management system, and the LTU board in the controller was replaced.
