Tula: repair of two Elekta linear accelerators

From July 17 to 18, 2025, service engineer Ilya Shchetkin in Tula, on the Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, fixed a leak in the cooling system pump, replaced the sealing collars, and on the Elekta Infinity, restored the signal cable in the patient table and replaced the SIB board.
