Chita: Diagnostics and Repair of an Elekta Synergy Linear Accelerator

From October 4 to 7, 2026, service engineer Evgeny Smirnov performed diagnostics and repairs on an Elekta Synergy linear accelerator in Chita under the service contract. He replaced the CCU board and the vertical movement potentiometer in the left-hand control panel of the patient support system (PSS), installed a temporary replacement ion pump power supply, and adjusted the electron gun current for photon energies of 6 and 10 MV.
