Tula: linear accelerator diagnostics and repair

From June 10 to 11, 2024, service engineer Ilya Shchetkin in Tula at the linear accelerator Ilya - Tula Elekta Infinity carried out diagnostics and eliminated the “Scatter check” error; there was a short circuit in the terminal block, so the potentiometer gave an incorrect value.
