Tyumen: repair and diagnostics of Elekta linear accelerator

From July 21 to July 24, 2025, Sergei Chuvakhin in Tyumen, using the Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, diagnosed the absence of radiation and performed repairs, adjusted the position of the RF probe and the AFC resonance parameters.
