Kursk: accelerator collimator diagnostics

From July 29 to July 30, 2023, service engineer Ilya Shchetkin in Kursk, using an Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, diagnosed malfunctions in the operation of the MLCi2 multileaf collimator.
