Obninsk: repair of Elekta Synergy S linear accelerator

From August 10 to 14, 2026, service engineers Ilya Shchetkin and Evgeny Smirnov in Obninsk, under a contract, carried out diagnostics and repairs on the Elekta Synergy S linear accelerator: they eliminated the Water Temp error, replaced the probe diode in the internal circuit cooling system, eliminated the MLC CAN Link error and replaced the MLC Electronic Assembly. They also replaced the thermal paste and BIOS battery, and then cleaned the LCS control computer.
