Stavropol: diagnostics and repair of two Elekta linear accelerators

From August 25 to 28, 2025, service engineer Ilya Shchetkin in Stavropol, using an Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator, diagnosed the “KV enable drop” error of the XVI portal visualization system; the panel position was checked using the “Setup Hardware” and “Setup Software” procedures; it is recommended to replace the longitudinal displacement potentiometers. And on the Elekta Versa HD 2 linear accelerator, the “Uniformity” and “Dose Rate mon” errors were eliminated by adjusting the photon beam parameters.
