Chelyabinsk: accelerator diagnostics and repair

From July 17 to July 20, 2023, the head of the service department, Konstantin Fukalov, in Chelyabinsk carried out diagnostics and repairs of the linear accelerator. Replaced the mylar mirror and one paddle actuator. Solved the problem of automatic calibration of Agility Head. Repaired a motorized wedge.
