Syktyvkar: diagnostics of linear accelerator malfunction

From September 25 to 27, 2023, service engineer Pavel Fukalov in Syktyvkar, using an Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, diagnosed a malfunction of the LMDB board and replaced the fan.
