Two master degrees: technical and legal. More than 15 years experience on manager positions including medical companies. Since 2019 is a founder and CEO of VRK Medservice.
Konstantin Fukalov
Service manager
Aviation institute graduated (2004): speciality radio electronics engineer. More than 15 years experience with Elekta equipment. Also has great experience with Phillips, Xtrahl, Teratron, Multisource, Blue Phantom. 2017-2022 lead service engineer in Elekta.
Maksim Vereshchaka
Project manager
A systems engineer and a business manager by education. Experienced in strategic projects management and customer service, covering high-tech healthcare equipment and some other industries. Back in 2017 launched the Elekta factory service department for Russia and CIS, and managed it until the end of 2022.
Iliia Shchetkin
Service engineer
Big specialist with Elekta linear accelerators, also has experience with Xtrahl, Teratron, Multisource and Wolf.

Graduated from UlSTU in 1997, specialty - system engineer. I got my first experience with medical equipment working in GUZ OKO as a service engineer for 2 years. Then he initiated the creation of the engineering service GUZ OKOD, where he continued working as a manager for 9 years. Gained experience in maintenance and repair of medical equipment Elekta, Xstrahl, Theratron, Multisource, Blue Phantom and others.
Aleksandr Ivanov

Technical master degree. He has extensive experience in the field of autonomous energy and electrical system automation. Since 2025 join our team as a service engineer.
Evgenii Smirnov
Service Engineer
Graduated with honors from the Voronezh Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia with a degree in Special Radio Engineering Systems. Held various engineering and managerial positions, and worked as Chief Engineer at the State Regional Oncology Dispensary (GOBUZ OKOD) in Veliky Novgorod.
Vladimir Sidorychev

Higher technical education in instrumentation and radio engineering at UlSTU, completed postgraduate studies in Computer Science and Computer Engineering in 2024. Has work experience in servicing and repairing medical equipment since 2021 by Accuray Tomography. Joined the team as a service engineer in 2026.
