Dear colleagues, It is with deep sadness that I must inform you that Igor Olegovich Teplyakov is no longer with us. I know that, for many of you, he was a mentor, a senior colleague and a friend. His entire life was devoted to his chosen profession and to serving others. He was always responsive, thoughtful and attentive to the difficulties of those around him. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand, offering support through both words and actions. Every encounter with Igor Olegovich brought warmth, joy and renewed energy, while giving others an opportunity to learn from his wealth of experience. We remember him with love and respect. He will remain forever in our hearts and memories…
